By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Zournally to store unlawful content, attempt to breach our systems, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Zournally offers a free tier and may offer paid tiers such as Pro. Paid features are billed as described at the time of purchase and taxes may apply based on your billing address. You can cancel a paid plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where required by law.
7. Disclaimers
Zournally is a personal organization tool, not a medical, financial or legal service. Mood and health trackers are for personal insight only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
